Dr. Cathy Morton was raised in Farmington, Maine.  She obtained her mathematics degree at the University of Maine at Farmington, her pre-veterinary requisites at the University of Utah and attended Ross University Veterinary School before completing her veterinary degree at the University of Wisconsin Veterinary School.

 

At the completion of her education, Dr. Morton returned to Utah to practice veterinary medicine. She worked in a mixed animal practice just outside of Park City. In this environment, she was able to further her career and enjoy recreation time in stunning Utah.  Dr. Morton spent winters skiing and summers mountain biking.

 

Dr. Morton has two young children and with the importance of family becoming central to her, it drew her back to her roots in Farmington, Maine. She bought Falls Road Veterinary Clinic in November, 2012.  Since her purchase the vet clinic has expanded its services to include some of Dr. Morton's favorite specialties including dermatology, ultrasound, food therapy, acupuncture, and soft tissue surgery.

 

Dr. Morton intends to serve the community with high quality, diverse medicine while keeping a balance of fun in her life.  She enjoys skiing and biking with her family in her spare time.  She supports the local community bike clubs and trail networks.
